How to create a gratitude practice with the card deck:

  • Set aside 5 minutes for a daily or weekly gratitude ritual.

  • Choose a card for your practice - either look through the cards and choose a message that feels relevant to you, or let your intuition guide you and pick a card at random.

  • Take a moment to enjoy the artwork and the wisdom conveyed through the plant.  When you’re ready, read the prompt and think about or write down any messages or inspirations you receive in that moment.
